EDO UNSUCCESSFUL COLLECTION

I really don't understand why FNB has EDO UNSUCCESSFUL COLLECTION on my statement while the debit order was SUCCESSFUL. This is very misleading on my bank statement as it seems like I dishonoured payment while I didn't. I'm really frustrated by this. This is very stupid of FNB. If this continues I will be moving to another bank. Can you please rectify this, I'm really not happy about it.
