I don't usually complain but this needs attention. It happens to my account every single month when a debit order goes though. Its just ridiculous and stupid.

How can a successful collection have "Edo Unsuccessful Collec" corresponding to it. Now that I have been trying to get car finance from Wesbank, they tell me your debit orders have been bouncing back we can't give you a loan. Something needs to done about this. Otherwise a layman thinks otherwise when they look at your bank statement, they don't check if the balance changed at all.
