I am absolutely furious with FNB. After the successful collection of my debit orders, I have EDO unsuccessful collection for every single debit that was successful! My statement looks like an absolute mess! When I called the call center, all they could say is that my debit orders were successful, I must not worry. Why then put unsuccessful messages on my statement?
I need a letter, in writing from FNB, that explains this ridiculous phenomenon. This is rather urgent!
