I'm very happy with Nedbank that they were able to offer me a loan when I needed it. Now I'm experiencing problems with them debiting my account on the e e if the 25th which is the day that they must actually deduct the money. This has a negative impact as now this unsuccessful collection reflects on my monthly bank statement. Could Nedbank please deduct on the date that we agreed on, it's not like I have ever missed their payments.
I will appreciate if the can be effective as from this month.
