Good day

I have send my complain to Absa management, regarding the unresolved money clearance.By november last year I went to Absa Bethlehem branch to enquire about this clearance. The consultant said they still waiting for my original branch (Kempton Park) to realise the fund then I will receive the call from them when the matter is resolved but end up in vain. In december I went back to the same branch, spoke with the other consultant who also confirm the fund but wonder why the first consultant put my account on investigation section, Also this consultant repeat the same sentiment that my branch has to finalise the process I will get the call from the to verify the fund.

To my surprise, Mr Kobus Van Wyk share the different story that he does not see any fund in my account. Instead of assisting he is telling me about South African Reserve Bank Rules and Regulations of which for me this is irrelevant as per his remark.

I have receive an sms from Absa about the money, two consultant confirm and mysteriously Kobus differ. Any one with better explanation can please assist with this matter
