Wayne assisted me with my debit order query. I did tell him my debit order did not go through because I did not have enough money in my account at that time. I told Wayne to debit my account because now I did have money in my account. He told me that my account will be double debited next month. I wanted to know if he could debit asap. he phone me the same day and told me that my account will be debited in two days time. I also asked him to email me a copy of my policy. it was done the same day. He is very efficient. Well done Wayne.
