Applied for car insurance in 10 Jan 2014 (acc no: SHS000109299) supplied all the necessary information to activate my cover. I took my car to PG Glass on 18 Jan 2014 for inspection, paid R50 (called admin fee no receipt pprovided) and submitted the copy to the insurer at my cost. Since i submitted the required information no response has been forthcoming from the company. No policy schedule has been tosend to me. I request an electronic copy of the policy schedule through my e-mail i received nothing.
