What a struggle in the 21st century

I have a policy with Callsure for cover for my cellphone, policy CS910889. I am having problems tracing a copy of my schedule and wording which was sent to me (after complaining on Hellopeter), I phoned and spoke to Malebo and Tshepo Monkhe, both of them promised to get back to me, which they did, first with the wrong information, second time with half the information, Tshepo Monkhe sent me the wording - refused to send me my copy of MY policy schedule, then what the am I freakin paying for if I don't have the information at my disposal. I would really love to know what the company policy is because I am having a problem with my phone and I need to know whether I can claim for it.

Please can someone assist me.

Or should I just throw away my phone and forget about the insurance altogether!!! maybe then I won't seem like I am bothering them???
