On Wednesday 8th January 2014 I requested our latest policy schedule from our broker, He then forwarded to some other person in Momentum who asked for someone to contact us. I have had no response since then.
Furthermore the reason for wanting the schedule was so we can take our business elsewhere as every request in the last year our premium was not decreased, and I may be a layman but i do understand that our vehicles values depreciate so why should I pay more for less?
Please can someone send us our schedule so we can deal with a professional organisation.
