Issue regarding Tracking device through NIC Broke

June 2011, I requested to add another vehicle to my policy. With an aim to reduce the cost and make the premium more affordable, Charmaine Theron informed me that I am able to remove the tracking device on the BMW (as the vehicle was over a certain age). To reduce my overall premium. She quoted accordingly and I accepted. The vehicle was added and the policy was amended - removing the Cartrack for BMW, effective 29 June 2011.The Cartrack payment for the BMW was between NIC and Cartrack, I only paid my insurance premium, the payment to Cartrack came out of my premium handled by NIC.2 years later Cartrack contacted me, to tell me that my account is in arrears, with threats of legal action. I have contacted NIC Insurance Brokers, but no response to date?
