When we had an accident on Friday afternoon, I phoned Outsurance and spoke to Hector Ntswane giving him the details of the accident. Within minutes I had the claim number per SMS and e-mail, the car was booked immediately for assessment on Monday at a I time convenient for us without any hassles and problems.
