In 2011 September we lost our car key and requested Masterkeys in Benoni to cut and code a new one. In the process of doing so the coding went wrong and that required a new computer box. They wanted us to pay for the computer box of which we refused, a lot transpired since then. We never got our car back since then requested Clientelegal to assist as we have a policy with them. Attorneys have been appointed and that was in 2011 up to now nothing has been done.
We are still paying for the car that we dont have.
