WOW!! FANTASTIC SERVICE from the minute I reported my claim...
Hector Ntswane and Superbody Repairs was on the ball, I recieved a SMS aswell as EMAIL everytime something was done on my vehicle, from check in, to it being in paint, assembly etc, I could not believe the ease of it all. It literally took 5 working days, and my car was received back in mint condition washed and vacuumed too.
The panelbeaters work (Superbody repairs - Paarden Eiland) was 10/10, I would recommend them and Outsurance to all my friends, family and acquaintances. I even took the panelbeaters a Milk Tart to say thank you, Hector your mik tart is in the post: p
I must also add that I am pregnant, and the process of claiming seemed very stressful and daunting to me especally as I was in my first trimester at the time, but I felt comfortable every step of the way that I was in good hands!
