Utterly disappointed

I put through a claim on my vehicle. The service from the Assessor was excellent. The feedback from the Advisor; Hector Ntswane, was not accurate. I followed up on this numerously via e-mail and got no response until I copied his Team Leader Zandi Gumbi. Hector and I discussed the matter and concluded that he would liaise to IT in order for us to listen to our previous discussion. Zandi called me the following day, as she was not in on the day of the e-mail, to follow up on service received post e-mail. She advised that they would retrieve the call. Zandi called a few days later, after receiving feedback from my service survey, to understand why I had rated Hector's service so low. I argued that she had received my e-mail and personally given me a call to follow up and it is alarming that she would ask me such a question. I continued to say, clearly if she does not recall this incident it must be highly common within her team. I have not hear from neither Hector nor Zandi.

Today I sent an e-mail to inform them of my vehicle repair booking date and to request that my courtesy car be available. I personally feel that I would prefer I be allocated a new, competent Advisor / Team.
