I was involve in a car accident on Tuesday 03/09/2013 called outsurance, Hector answered the phone and was very understanding and helpful. Was really nice and pleasant dealing with him. He went out of his way to make sure I was okay and happy and never forced me into doing what was easiest for him, it was all about my best interests.
