Just as we complain when things are not going well. It is common courtesy that we clap hands and compliment when we have been served well. I would like to give special thanks to Morne Steenkamp from 24 hr Mobility who heeded my cry of help last week regarding my declined claim, took time to listen to me and did an investigation of his own and eventually reversed the declined claim to allow me to get a replacement for my wife's lost phone.
I truly appreciate the effort and I do hope in an unfortunate situation that this happens again one would not have to resort to Hellopeter for assistance.
