Worst service, feedback and client care

A month ago I applied for a credit card. a week later was told to have my old one reinstated. did that. waited a week. no reply... waited another week still no reply. waited another week, no reply... one week later found out it was declined as i have a balance outstanding. go to my branch today with all my proof of payments and paid up letters etc for the 3rd time in 5years. all my accounts at standard bank was settled in 2007&2008. this is pathetic and humiliating. faxed everything away again, have to wait 3days. dont you have a system or do you just not care. then i've struggled for 3months with my cheque card had it reset 7times, ordered a new card only to find out today that sorry it is linked to a closed account. stupid to say the least. never mind me the paying client having gone from shop to shop and being humiliated becasue my card gets declined. is this how you treat paying clients. i am really on the verge after 15years to change banks as this is pathetic and unexcuseable!
