Very unhappy custome

I had an account with fnb for a very long time and after I had to close my business I closed my cheque account. I also had a credit card with them which I fully settled and I was phoned a few months ago to advise me that a new card will be issued to me when I advised the consultant that I do not want it. I never recived the card or signed for it but have since been notified that I was handed over for the charges. I have not used this card in over 3 years and do not want anything to do with FNB!!! I want this sorted out and my name cleared before the end of the day otherwise I will take further action!!!
