Terrible service and useless lying suppliers

I lodged a claim on the 2nd of December 2013. The claim included my outside lights not working. Imbazo came out and put forward a qoute that was approved by the insurance. Well they came out and fixed the inside lights but not the outside lights claiming that they cannot lift the concrete that the lights were in. Funny I only get told this by the electrician when he left the site and after payment was made. I chased up this year as my claims were just not been addressed. An example my garage was fixed last week more than a month later. Well Imbazo sent out a so called senior electrician, after me fighting and them claiming that someone kept cancelling their call out. I am still waiting to hear who that was its almost 2 weeks later. Today the 27th at 10:20 they tell me that the lights are not compliant. First time I heard that. If this was truly the case should they not have told the insurance this in Dec when they did their assesment. Or are they incompetent. Also I have a compliance certificate for the property that is a new building. What is also strange is that this insurance has done nothing to sort this out. I have emailed I have left messages zero response. 2nd compl on site.
