Charging what every they want on your statement

I saw a charge on my statement "Restructure Amendment" and the more I ask what this is the more they put me on hold. Then it was said it was for interest because I changed the debit order date - from the 25th of the month to the 28th. I was on the phone for 25min and I am still waiting for an answer...

The service is ridiculous and one must make sure you actually check your statement as they will just charge you whatever they feel like!
