I have received my latest statement to find that I am now being charged a Initial Finance Charge of over R35000? This is utter bull!!! After my car has been financed for over a year you come with this now??? And don't come with your bull that it is now Capital Interest refelcting on your statement instead of only the Capital. My statement from day 1 has shown the Capital Interest Accrued!! So you want to tell me that for a car of R79000, I now have to pay R200 000 for it? Are you out of your mind? I have been paying over R1000 interest on this vehicle every month! I am probably busy paying for someone else's car right now! And don't even think of sending me the automated reply that has been sent to every other person. MFC is a disgrace! Try phoning the Customer Care and hold for almost half an hour! You should be paying us to phone you! I will make sure I tell everyone I can to never use MFC or Nedbank! And I will be closing all my Nedbank Accounts!
