For the past week I was dealing with Gerard and was not the most easy customer. At the end my complaint was attended to by the right people and I am now satisfied. Gerard was at all time excellent in the way he treated me and was at all times well in control of himself. He respected me and I really appreciate the way he handled a difficult situation at times. Again Gerard is a great asset to Out Surance. I also think there is a lot of people that can learn from Gerhard's professionalism.
