I put in a claim October 2013! The people came to give a qoute! I phoned 3 times a day! No answer or hang on well put you through! No response! It went on like that tillk end December! They let me know its not been approved! I asked them I'm not satisfied with the service and I would like a manager to contact me!!! I heard nothing since! I phone the absa complaints line nr! I spoke to Leeann! And till now not a word! PLEASE HELP! We are new houseowners and very diasappointed in the service
