HORRIBLE SERVICE

Since last year November I've been waiting for a call back regarding the money that was taken from MY ACCOUNT R3000, they said i must wait for three weeks did not know that thier three weeks months or perhaps is me that does not know how to count from November 2013 to January 2014 please do the maths. am still waiting for FEEDBACK till today am not sure why am still banking with this company.
