My name is Ms R D Maphutha I bought a house in 2008 financed by Nedbank Limited. The property is reistered in my names. I started paying the bond in 2008.But there are people who are staying in the propery and dont want to move out.
My attorneys of record got an eviction order to get the occupiers of the said off my property. When the sheriff tried to evict them their attorneys of record informed us that there was a high court matter pending pertaining to the sale and execution that occurred in 2000.
The last appearance on this matter was in February 2013 where the rescission judgment was granted in favour of the occupants citing irregularity in the execution process with Absa. Since then there's nothing happening and what I need my refund because there's nothing happening.
