After suffering critical health issues, falling behind on my bond repayments, I received a call from a private property solutions company on 26 Aug 2013 offering to assist me since the property was scheduled to be auctioned on 5 September 2013. To date I have not received any communications from ABSA, legal or otherwise in this regard. I had previously attempted to advise the bank that arrears would be settled in October due to circumstances. Complaint 2491056 was lodged with ABSA
