I did an enquiry on the site in December 2014 for a loan. I ticked their terms and conditions box and suddenly I was debited with R399.00 for a service I did not apply for. I called them to enquire about it and was met with arrogance by the operator on the other of the line. How the do you take a persons money for a service that i did not apply for? This is!!!
