I send my blackberry 9320 for repair last year on 20 November 2013 till today and its now two months n I have to call them to hear about my mobile instead of them to my follow up. Their always negative when I call them don't even bother to call me cause they have my profile on their system. Sad that its now two months paying for the phone that I don't have with me n I also lost my simccard n I called them again to tell them n they promised to send the new sim till now.pls help me out reali am sad hurting the way am being treated my cell number 0786756774 n am now using my grandson email to raise my concern to use. Hope my concern will be heard n ill be help its reali not worth it.
