I have 2 complaints:
1. When paying a beneficiary just now - I was not requested to enter an OTP number. Why is this? I quite like the security, has this function been removed?
2. I've been trying to load my account to the Standard banking app I downloaded. But it is unable to verify my cell number. I then went into online banking profile to check what number you have on record and entered that number, but it was still unable to verify. So i went to the bank to find out what is wrong and they told me to call the internet banking service. I also asked which number they have on record which they gave me, but it is still unable to verify.
Firstly - what's up with the app?? Secondly, why can't customer service help me with internet related queries? I thought your brand was 'Moving Forward'?
