Countless times I have been advised by FNB never to supply my PIN to anyone for any reason, this weekend I was on internet banking when suddenly I was logged out for no reason, when I tried to get back into my profile I was told that I had entered by details incorrectly 3 times.
I logged out of my internet and restarted my pc, got back onto [URL Removed] and the same thing happened. i tried resetting my profile but now FNB sends me off to a site asking for my ID number, Card number and ATM pin number. I tried on 3 different computers all through different browsers as well as my phone all with the same result.
I WILL NOT GIVE YOU MY PIN, if someone has hacked your site and takes your customers money, YOU will be held responsible. I have taken every security measure possible and cannot even access my banking to check my balance! Maybe I must find a bank that enables me to feel safer when using their services.
You really need to look at your online security FNB, this can't keep happening.
