Std Bank is unable to verify for me service fee

Hi

I have called card division and prestige banking and neither could confirm for me if I add a beneficiary to my account and transfer money to the beneficiary at another bank what will the service fee be.
The website shows fees but it is unclear.
It refers to Electronic Payment 1.15%to a maximum of R25, THEN BRANCH R30, THEN CELL PHONE AND INTERNET PAYMENT 1.15%,
Firstly, STD BANK contact centre has no clue what is the service fee and cant verify. Secondly are they serious in charging 1.15% for internet transfer of which should be cheaper. if you want to transfer for example R100000 you will pay R1150. That is really crazy. I need someone to confirm and verify what i will pay?

Thirdly, I was up for a Titanium card with Std Bank 2 yrs ago, but card divisio called me shoved down the MyCARD credit card to me. I dont recall signing any documents and it was falsely sold to me.

I am unhappy with Standard Bank.

Pity you dont know your service fees and benefits and your products are messign your clients around.
