1. It is very clear that I should have been given the Assessment Report perhaps before/after the appointment of the third parties.
2. Currently I have no information of the work brake down approved to be done by all "appointed" constructors (Renovators)
3. For example PG has until to date never contacted about the service it has to render
4. I am very much unfortunate to be given SMS and Call Centre responses such as "work load" at the expense of my payment of the policy - I guess that as we are making a large number of payments, at times we all required a total service of our payments.
5. One cannot contradictorily talk about the point above yet he/she denies you his or her findings. How do I communicate to his appointed contractors without his/her recommended work brake down. We should together not promote such excuses.
6. At times this is perhaps purposefully aimed at causing conflict between the house hold and an appointed contractor (s). You are urgently requested to find out why I am not given that Assessment Report
