Poor service delivery, K A K service

I logged a claim with Nedgroup insurance on the 31/10/2013 of a leaking roof in my house, to date this has not been addressed. All the summer rains have came and gone and still carrying on. My house is always in buckets trying to curb the water. First they appointed a contractor that was not willing to come for inspection when I'm available but only on his suitable time, then they appointed another contractor on the 01/11/2013 and he came and inspected, but when I called 5 days later there was no report from the contractor regarding the claim, the agent called them and promised to send it through the same day. I'm very disappointed in Nedbank insurance for such a horrible service. Now the ceiling is about to collapse and will damage my furniture, i hope they'll cover all the cost due to their bad service that will cost them more money. Does it really take 2 months, this long to address a claim.
