It is very frustrating that of all my accounts at different banks, my Capitec account is the only one that won`t allow me to switch smartphones without going into a bank and do some sort of a reset. The cellphone app will ask for a verification code that their website does not provide. "Ask why? " the Capitec adverts say... This is why I don't have more accounts with Capitec.
