I had lost my phone and accidental reported it with the incorrect id number, when I initially called 24hr Mobility, I never got their response in 24hrs, that's when super Angelo answered my call, I must say I was very irritated and he dealt with my like a person who really understands and values his clients and he even explained this other cost for when you get a phone and you under insured. My claim was processed and approved just like that over the phone, even though I have to pay a lot of money to get it, cause this was my second claim in less than 6months Angelo's service made it worthwhile.
