I spoke with Angelo Pietersen on the phone on Wednesday, 14 August 2013, and reported the damage to my husband's Blackberry. Anglo arranged for the fauly instrument to be collected on the same day. He followed up consistently with e-mails, keeping me informed each step of the way. On Friday, 15 August, my husband received a call from the MTN outlet at Pinecrest Centre, to collect the replacement unit.
It was a pleasure to deal with Angelo! He was polite, helpful and extremely efficient! Well done, Angelo, you are an asset to your organisation! Keep up the good work!
