My name is Sylvester< I had a lighting trike in early December (around the 12th), I called Absa to report the problem.
the then gave me 2503940, I called 0860302011. and till today I being given a run around that their supplier are on holiday, last promise was that waybridge consulting. 010 2115424 will assign a technician to assess the problem on the 6th. again 2 days have passed and nothing happenned.
I am sitting in a house that I can not trust the quality of Electricity supply in it. and should it raind again I might have the same Problem.
I can not even plug my damaged goods in a fear that they might be damaged again. also my DSTV dish has to be fixed
this is unacceptable service rendared to me. and it is not resabling good to the ABSA brand.
