Capitec, I am SO FRUSTRATED and DUMBFOUNDED with your loan policy. One of my employees applied for a loan and it has been denied because my company is not listed in the PHONEBOOK??? I have never heard anything more ridiculous in my life! My business even has a credit card machine through you, but your policy on loans is that a company must be in the PHONEBOOK?!?!?! LUDICROUS! Who even uses the phonebook nowdays? And after speaking to your loan and complaints division, all I get told is that that is the policy and it cannot be changed. What century are you living in?
