I received a call from Teboho Maphela, he had called to propose a policy only to find that I had a claim that had not been settle with MIWAY, even though it was out of his job scope he went out of his way to follow up on my behalf and within 10mins I had received feedback.

I would like to thank Teboho for his efficiency its a pity I only got hold of him at such a late stage, as the service I received from him was on par and the opposite from the one I had received earlie
