On 13 December 2013 the tax directive was received by Alexander Forbes as communicated to me by them. Today it is Friday 20 December and the money as they say is loaded for payment.
As of now the amount has not been and i cannot understand what the hold up is on their side and i keep getting the same message that it will be paid in 3 to 5 days. This is the weekend and it is now close to Christmas, this is for me very disappointing.
