No payment of policy

My husband died in May 2013, he had a retirement annuity policy - I complied with the 20 page document to be filled in and faxed which costs R40 and then they still resent the information again after i had already clarified it and had it certified by the police, then on top of that i had to follow up an ortopsy report as my husband committed suicide, i then went to the trouble going to the Chief of Police who informed me the Old Mutual is supposed to pay for this report but i got it for them for had to fax this at another amount and then i still sent them the original copies via an agent, then still to date i have heard nothing - and this is what i keep getting (We have forwarded your request for processing. You can also fax all future instructions to the number below, as this will speed up the process.) Each and every time i send an email this is what i get back or it will be 10 working days, it is now 4 months, I have 2 girls to feed, cloth and house and he left me no other money, please i really need this to be finalized
