Currently I am in the process of starting a new company and decided to use FNB for my banking needs. I completed the online process with the option to register a new business entity with CIPC. The registration process went smoothly, received an email requesting I provide the required documents, which I did submit. Since that email everything went south and I am unable to get the ball rolling. There is no induction procedure, no documentation with any form of information was supplied, thus I am left in total darkness. I logged a query through my personal banker and the response I received was sorry cannot help, phone this number, tried a few times, line was busy. Then I went to my local branch (Vaal Mall) to get assistance, ended up with a brochure on costs as there was no business consultants available. I would like a single person I can deal with via email, not a call center that is undependable and causes frustration. I have many requirements, if FNB cannot meet them I have to switch to another bank, I cannot afford to waste time on setting up critical services
