No adequate preparation for registration, again!

I tried to register on line on 2 Jan to complete my N: DIP. Each and every year we struggle to communicate via e-mail, telephone or in person with UNISA. Since above mentioned date I tried to make contact with Parow's branch but to no success. Today, 11 days after my initial online registration and their system still indicates: "In Progress."
I tried calling, no answer, I tried to e-mail to individuals at Unisa and leaving messages on their website, still no replies or any feedback. How can this happen each and every year? I have to pay a total of R7000.00 in order to register, now I need to budget at least a R1000.00 in airtime money to try to call Unisa on my cellphone. I thought that Unisa was one of the best universities in South Africa, but they can not even provide proper services to all their existing or first time students. Pathetic! Unisa: You need to start doing proper planning and hire more staff during the registration process and shape up! We, the students, pay thousands of rand's thus do we deserve better services regarding your current registration processes and staff at the call centers.
