I phoned Outsurance Business section and spoke to the Call Centre to confirm the date of when I will be receiving my business Outsurance money back. I contacted Outsurance a few months ago and I was told that the money would be paid mid January 2014 and I just wanted to confirm this and I was subsequently told that the money would not be coming mid January but end February 2014. This really upset me as I had plans to use the outbonus which I am now no longer able to do. The Call Centre was unable to solve my problem and they got Kyle (Supervisor) to phone me back. I told him the story and he promised to listen to the previous conversation recording and report back to me telephonically either Monday 2nd December by close of business or at latest early Tuesday morning 3rd December. Needless to say this never happened. At the time of this report on Wednesday evening 4th December there has still been no response. I find it amazing that Outsurance is not "bending over backwards" to resolve my complaint which they claim as their motto and it is clear that once they have the business they are no longer interested. I am seriously considering moving to another Company
