I submitted a claim in August 2013 after our business was broken into through the roof... the one thing I did not do was change our business address when we moved in December 2012... even though we have better security at our current premises than we had previously, my claim was repudiated... reason could not be given... I subsequently requested my monies back for the months we have paid since our move... this was promised but to date not a word from Outsurance...
