Oh my!! I have been phoning for the last 2 days trying to reach your collections department to no avail, someone or something picks up but there is just silence! If you actually did your work you would have seen that I have phoned about 3 times I think in the last 2 years to tell you I don't get statements and thus pay an estimated amount-you would have corrected this and sent me statements after these phone calls, never did probably because the monkey on the other end of the line did not complete grade 9 and cannot spell common names and surnames or listen to dictation!! Whenever I used the card I payed an estimate each month, and whenever I didn't use it, card fees would build up until I got an sms saying I'm in arrears (I wouldn't know the amount because I do not get statements ever) and I would just transfer a lump sum every few months for card fees! If you bothered to look into my account you would see that I haven't used the account in probably a year or more and that the arrears amount is hardly money owed but rather just card/bank fees! I would love to pay whatever I owe Bluebean
