So my dog climbs all over our car and scratches all the paint work.
I phone outsurance and said I have two issues, 1. The dog scratched the paintwork. 2. Paint is peeling off the boot.
I was informed that number 2 is not covered but the dog scratches are. (check your recordings). Then outsurance wastes my time by making me go to an assessment centre to to have the damages assessed. Only then to call me back after the assessment to tell me that dog scratches are not covered.
Why waste my time sending me to the assessment center if it was not going to be covered.. 2 hours of my life and business time wasted.
Ill be moving my personal and business insurance, as I have seen many complaints on how outsurance find ways not to cover damages.
I don't understand why its not covered as accidental damage?
