Unexpected bank closure

I was not notified that the branch would be closed for renovations, I arrived there to draw cash (I live far from Rustenburg) and found it closed. However I received an SMS 21 October to say it has reopened. Thats bad service. Please pay me R160 for the petrol I spent travelling there.
