Mike you responded to my 2ND report placed on hello peter, saying that my claims to the new doctor nominated have been paid, I explained to all of you my concern that this doctor will eventually opt not to be on the network, well now guess what I got an email now saying that their claims have still not been paid, and they do not think want to be on the network, I have exclaimed to essential med several times the lengths I have gone to find a good doctor and this doctor that we eventually nominated was an excellent doctor, to now have to lose that because of essential med and the way you have handled this, this is downright unacceptable, to be told twice payment was made from yourself and to phone the doctor's office yesterday to make an appointment to only find out that no one has bothered getting back to them, her words were they are being made false promises many a times that payment was made when it was not, I expect these claims paid out today immediately otherwise I am handing this over to the Consumer protection act by end of today, I am appaulled to say the least right now I have no words to describe my disgust as to how we are suffering at the hands of essential med.
