Extremely bad service

I had a claim for vehicle damage on 29 December 2013. I called the claims department of Santam and they sent me to a Santam assessor in Tygervalley to have my car checked before they could have it repaired. I went the very next to the assessor who firstly gave me the wrong amount for my excess which he said was some kind of mistake by Santam (charging an extra R2000 on my excess) and then he checked my car and said he would get back to the same day to let me know where i can take my car to be repaired. Of course he never did come back to me for that whole week.
I then had to call Santam back exactly a whole week later to find out why no one has gotten back to me and where i can send my car in for repairs. I have spoken to 4 different people and left numerous messages and no one has gotten back to me. How does it take a whole week just to find out where i can send my car for repairs!!!??? and why is no one getting back to me??
